EachRun is an enterprise AI execution and governance platform. Every run started by an employee, agent or business system has an identity, boundary, record and result.

## Why the name

AI has no shortage of starts. A prompt, workflow or agent call can begin in seconds. Enterprise work also needs a certain finish: who started it, what it could use, what happened and what it delivered. “句号” means period or full stop. It represents a run that has reached a confirmed result. “EachRun” makes the same promise in English: not one run, but every run.

中文品牌故事：AI 不缺开始，缺的是一个确定的结束。“句号”代表完成、确定和记录闭合；EachRun 代表每一次模型调用、Agent 运行和业务执行都纳入同一套治理与记录。

## What EachRun solves

Personal AI tools help an individual complete a task. They do not by themselves create a consistent record of who started the task, what it was allowed to access, which model or agent it used, what it cost, what happened during execution or whether the result was accepted.

EachRun links each AI execution to the employee, agent or system that started it, the relevant project, access and data rules, budget, execution record and result. AI work can be managed, measured and reviewed without replacing every existing model, agent, knowledge base or business system.

EachRun 补上 AI 进入真实工作后的执行管理层。每次 AI 任务都与发起人、项目、权限、数据、预算、执行记录和结果关联，身份、用量、过程和结果可以统一管理、计量和复盘。

## Product structure

Employees work through six entry points:

- Workbench: projects, resource requests, open tasks and a guided first-run flow.
- Workspace: a cloud environment per project holding files, context, tools and execution records, which colleagues can join.
- Discover: the models, agents and tools the company has connected and this person may use.
- Share center: prompts, task templates and processes published for reuse by other projects.
- AI quota: allocation and reporting of usage and cost by person, project, team and model.
- Admin console: workspace resources, organization directory, access control, model providers, approval requests, scheduled jobs and login logs.

Business systems such as CRM, ERP, OA, ticketing and knowledge bases submit AI tasks through one company entry point, holding their own identity, access rules and quota, and may either call a model directly or hand the task to an agent inside a workspace.

中文产品结构：员工侧有工作台、工作区、发现、共享中心、AI 额度五个入口，管理侧有统一的管理控制台；业务系统通过统一入口提交 AI 任务，与员工使用共用同一套身份、权限、额度和执行记录。

## Deployment

Available as SaaS service, enterprise team edition, enterprise governance edition, private deployment and hybrid deployment. Business system integration scope is confirmed during the pilot. Where data may not leave the organization, private or hybrid deployment defines the boundary.

部署方式包括 SaaS 云服务、企业团队版、企业治理版、私有化部署和混合部署，业务系统接入范围在试点阶段确认。

## Commercial pilot

A pilot normally starts with one engineering or IT team and one or two recurring, reviewable tasks for four to six weeks. The current time, rework, cost and results are recorded before the pilot and compared afterwards. The comparison supports a clear decision to stop, adjust or expand.

商业试点通常从一个研发或信息化团队的一到两个高频、可验收任务开始，运行四到六周。开始前记录耗时、返工、成本和结果，结束后对照基线决定停止、调整或扩大。

Pricing depends on team size, deployment, model and execution resources, governance requirements and integration scope. Improvement is measured in the pilot rather than guaranteed in advance.
